The product we asked for and the product we received were completely different. Th quality was not what we paid for and the design is not possible to even wear. The company also refused to fix any issue, refused for us to resend back the product and refund us even if the product was really bad and not what we paid for. If you are a company or any person buying from them, we advise you not to buy.
We are very happy that this is the first time a supplier in China has been this uncollaborative all our other suppliers are very understanding, and we cannot wait to find a better supplier to make our High End projects come to life.

When you think the test knit are not work then you should ask the stop or refund instead of say yes to moving on. We strictly follow all the sampling steps and check with you by videos and photos each steps. The high rate mohair yarns are very high cost and we still cost by our own, your sample cost only could cover 1kg yarns and we bought over 3kg to achieve your heavier look after we work out the first version sample. If this is how your company work with the suppliers by changing ideas all the time when one work done and suppliers paid for all, then good luck.
